Bob has been creating customized, leading-edge sales and revenue-generating systems for hospitality organizations for over 25 years.  His lengthy record of success has resulted in his being recognized by the Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI), as one of the industry’s Top 25 Minds in Hospitality Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management and was elected to the HSMAI Sales Advisory Board. Bob continues to be intimately involved in the development of every program for every client and his frequent traveler account proves that he actively facilitates live training programs around the country.  Bob is also an extremely popular guest presenter at company conferences, brand meetings and other key industry events.



Senior Vice President

A member of the Star Performance Team for over nine years, Tom was a client of Star Performance for fifteen years. Tom’s hospitality sales and marketing experience spans more than thirty years as VP Sales and Marketing with major hotel management companies, as well as with national brands. Included in Tom’s experience is being part of the start-up teams of three new brands, in the development of a national sales organization for a national brand, and in numerous, successful pre-opening programs, brand and ownership/management transitions and property re-positionings. In each of his positions, Tom was responsible for the development and implementation of sales training and development programs.



Vice President of Sales Shop Programs

With Star Performance for 5 years, and originally a teacher, Abby is a hospitality veteran with years of experience in hotel General Manager positions where she oversaw operations, customer service, sales, and marketing. Abby also managed a time-share resort in a major destination. Using her teaching background, and her expertise in helping to train others, Abby oversees the Star Performance Point of Contact Reservations Sales Training, as well as our Sales Habits Mystery Shop programs.



Senior Consultant

Passionate about developing effective and productive sale people, Robin leverages her extensive experience with national brands, both on property and at the corporate level, to create engaging and memorable training experiences.  A frequent collaborator with Star Performance during her career, shed is now excited about working with them more closely as Star Performance continues to evolve their sales training program to deliver customized training based on the client’s unique needs and circumstances.  As a corporate sales trainer, Robin is accustomed to delivering training in live sessions with large groups, to online one-on-one training.  Robin is a Certified Hospitality Trainer through AHLEI, and also holds her HSMAI Certificate of Hospitality Business Acumen.
